Screws are a very popular tool of joinery and fixing of items. Unlike nails, screws can be used in many different surfaces; they can be used on wood, metal, concrete and even steel. Driving these screws on wood is not a daunting task since, all one needs is a manual screwdriver or an ordinary mechanical drill driver and the screw is firmly inside the piece of wood. The battery will re-charge a little if placed on a hot surface, like a radiator. Never place a mobile phone battery on a hot surface! There is a significant chance of explosion with extreme heat. A modern Lithium battery becomes less efficient the warmer it gets.

So, it's easy to see how a lithium 18650 battery, and Li-ion cells in general, have found there way into the homes (and hands) of many modern consumers.
